The Royal Garden Hotel has completed refurbishment of its last major area – The York Suite. The spacious suite can hold up to 140 delegates and 4 exhibition stands.

The growth is designed to confirm the Turkish city’s status as an emerging destination for business travel, with one of Europe’s few growing economies. Twickenham Stadium has succeeded in being one of the highest new entries to the 2011 Event magazine venues poll, as voted for by readers of Event magazine and eventmagazine.co.uk. Twickenham came in fourth place, just behind some of the world’s leading event venues such as the O2 and ExCel London. The award is in recognition of Twickenham’s unique qualities as a venue, a location and the quality of the team at the stadium.
£60m is due to be spent on a new conference centre at Manchester Business School, it has been announced recently. The investment will help create a vibrant new meetings venue in Manchester.
