End of year conference at Trinity Event Solutions highlights how technology, business analysis and data will play an important role as they enter their 13th year

As Trinity Event Solutions prepares to launch their new global venue sourcing solution EDGE Venues, they recently brought their team together at the Radisson Blu Stansted for their end of year conference to prepare for an exciting year ahead.

With the ongoing development of EDGE Venues, there have been several changes made within the company structure with new appointments to support the growth and development. Jacqui Kavanagh, Managing Director of Trinity Events Solutions had this to say about the recent structural changes: “technology, business analysis and data play a key part in the future of Trinity. As we prepare to launch EDGE Venues to the market, internally we need to secure the right people in the right places to help make the new venture a success. With this in mind, we have created a new division within Trinity, with experts in their own field who will not only help us to deliver EDGE but will support the infrastructure of Trinity’s own technology moving forward – enhancing our service offering to our existing client base.”

The newly formed Technology, Business Analysis and Data team at Trinity Event Solutions will be responsible for analysing the organisation’s efficiency by studying its needs, business model, workflows and technological systems, and to make recommendations to the EDGE Project Team to improve business efficiency. In addition to this, there is a key focus on website and software development for both Trinity’s internal and external services.

With these internal changes happening to support the development of EDGE and the internal infrastructure, at the end of year conference, Jacqui was keen to emphasise the continued focus of Trinity and its clients. The company has recently appointed Alec Perkins, previously Director of Global Account Management at Read & Mackay, to support the growth of the existing Trinity business with a key focus on ensuring the proposition is driving value to both customers and industry partners as Business Development Director.

Alec shared his thoughts on his recent appointment to Trinity: “Having joined just three months ago I have seen how well this business is focussed on its clients and with the technology roadmap the future direction is clear. We have recently won a new contract with a financial provider who chose us because of our versatility and ability to adapt to their own technology. I look forward to playing a key role within this roadmap to support our clients with innovative solutions and working with new clients to enhance our proposition.”

The staff at Trinity felt they’d certainly come together as one team at the conference, sharing their ideas for future developments and feeling energised for an exciting 13th year ahead.

Jacqui finishes with: “By bringing Alec on board and with the new Technology, Business Analysis and Data team in place, we can support in the direction of growth for our existing client-base with a focus on our proposition to win new business. I’m excited about our future at Trinity and with the imminent launch of EDGE, our position in the market place will go from strength to strength. We can only achieve this by ensuring we have a team who understands our vision and supports us with achieving our goals. Our conference brought our newly formed teams together with our existing ones, they all left feeling part of one team with the same goal – to feel empowered!”
