TEM sharing international knowledge via international ‘come dine with me’ . Collette kicked off the event with an evening themed around Swedish cuisine and traditions – We ate traditional food such as shrimp, pickled herring, meatballs and barbequed meats and fish, and sang Swedish songs while sampling some Swedish Schnapps!
