New industry initiative Meetings Voice to showcase at the Meetings Show
Stamford-based venue finding and event management agency, Trinity Event Solutions has launched a new industry initiative called Meetings Voice. The aim of Meetings Voice is to create a professional, collaborative and forward thinking environment where event organisers can interact by sharing experiences, learning and identifying best practice.
Meetings Voice will build on the success of Trinity’s corporate forums, which have provided education on current industry subjects and given clients the opportunity to network. Attendees’ feedback has indicated that they gain great benefit from the topics, discussions and networking and as a result Trinity appointed an Advisory Board to steer the path for the development of Meetings Voice. Since December they have researched potential speakers and venues for future meetings.
Jacqui Kavanagh, Managing Director of Trinity said, “I am really excited to be able to get our clients together to form a supportive, networking group that will help them in their day-to-day jobs and also drive the industry forward. This will be the voice of our clients and not the voice of Trinity – our aim is simply to facilitate Meetings Voice and bring it to life. As it develops we will deliver education on the most requested topics in the most effective way and give a strong return on investment on our clients’.
Kate Hewitt, Publisher, venuefinder.com added: “It has been fantastic to be a part of Meetings Voice from the start, with two successful events already under our belts, I believe that this initiative will only get stronger.”
Meetings Voice representatives will be located at the venuefinder.com stand D45 at the Meetings Show (8th – 10th July, Olympia).
