South Beach in San Francisco has become home to the the first new build hotel in the area in the last 12 years. Hotel VIA is perfectly situated across the street from AT&T Park and has a variety of flexible spaces to offer including a rooftop lounge boasting amazing views of the ballpark, the Bay Bridge, East Bay Hills and the city skyline. Mandarin Oriental has released plans for a new luxury hotel to open in Melbourne, Australia in 2023.
The hotel will be located in the Central Business District of the city, on Collins Street, which is currently undergoing regeneration. This location is close to the city’s Docklands and entertainment area.
Within the hotel guests can stay in 1 of the 196 bedrooms and enjoy dining on the roof terrace. There will also be various leisure facilities including a swimming pool, gym and spa.
