Renaissance Newark Airport Hotel in New Jersey is pleased to unveil its newly transformed hotel, capping off a multi-million dollar renovation project which took several months to complete. The renovation was both structural and cosmetic and included working with sound engineers to replace every window in the hotel to make it sound-resistant.

This multi-phase renovation began in 2007 with a $4.8 million refurbishment of all guest rooms, followed by a complete transformation of the front desk area and lobby to introduce the “Great Room” concept. The hotel also launched a new restaurant, Aviate Bar and Grille, and updated their ballroom and meeting spaces, including the addition of a new Dulles View event space, featuring two complete walls of floor-to-ceiling windows.

Boston Marriott Quincy in Massachusetts has just completed a three year, $6.5 million renovation. Guest rooms now feature the latest Marriott Hotels & Resorts design, with a fresh color palette inspired by nature, a 37″ HDTV and both wired and wireless high-speed Internet access. Meeting rooms and the Junior Ballroom are freshly appointed, and the hotel has added a new outdoor patio adjacent to this area.  The fitness center has also been updated with state-of-the-art equipment, as well as cosmetic improvements to the pool area.

The Sheraton New York and Towers has announced plans for a $150m renovation project and will be completed by April 2012. The hotel features more than 55,000 sqft of event space including 43 meeting rooms. There are two ballrooms which hold 1,200 – 2,500 people.

The 401 room Sheraton Rhodes Resort in Greece has had an extensive £15m renovation. The hotel can hold events for up to 1,000 people with more than 2,600m2 of event space.

The Radisson Blu Ambassador Hotel in Paris has undergone refurbishment recently. The 294 room hotel has revemped its bedrooms, extended the fitness centre and now has seven multi purpose meeting rooms that can hold up to 200 banqueting style.
