Trinity Conferences has been awarded Investors in People Gold award, the highest IIP standard which independently assesses good management practice and positive development of staff to achieve the goals of the organisation.

Trinity achieved IIP in 2010 and the additional Gold Standard was one of the company’s key objectives for 2011.   Only 293 companies in the UK have achieved the Gold Status*, therefore this makes Trinity one of the few agencies to be recognised as working to the highest standards.

Jacqui Kavanagh, Managing Director of Trinity Conferences said “We are delighted to receive this award and it’s a wonderful testament to everyone’s hard work.   The past couple of years have been very challenging for the conference and meetings industry, but we have always maintained the importance of investing in our people and providing our clients with a motivated, well-trained team.  Our core values, company strategy and vision for the future are key to Trinity’s development and we live and breathe it in everything we do.”

Sean Read, Director of EMB Excellence Ltd the enterprise and economic development company responsible for delivering business improvement services, including The Investors in People Standard congratulated Trinity Conferences on their achievements. “The Gold Award reinforces the success of the organisation and demonstrates how the Investors in People framework can help to bring about business improvement. The organisation is an excellent example of what can be achieved with a focused team, robust policies and clear leadership. By matching what people can do, and are motivated to do, with what the organisation needs them to do, Trinity Conferences has shown how employees can drive the organisation forward and improve the bottom line.”
