The hotel has new ownership and will comprise the sole UK property of the expanding Ace Hotels chain, mostly based in the USA. The hotel is expected to take on a boutique, artsy feel reflecting Shoreditch’s reputation as a hipster London locale.
The Metropolitan in London are planning to refurbish all of its 144 rooms and suites later this year. The hotel have not yet announced the plans, however are telling clients on an ad hoc basis.
The Trinity team had a visit from Ardencote Manor Hotel, Country Club and Spa this morning and we discovered a few interesting facts! This 110 bedroom hotel and conference centre in Warwickshire offers natural daylight in all meeting rooms and complimentary WiFi throughout, and at the beginning of May this year they opened the new Brasserie Bar and Lounge. The old hotel bar was extended to create an alternative to the formal 2 AA rosette restaurant ‘The Lodge’. The Brasserie Bar and Lounge now offers a relaxed place to get a drink or some food, offering a modern European menu for dinner and lighter snacks and meals during the day.

To enhance your meeting experience, InterContinental Budapest has completed renovating its entire conference and events floor. The extensive project was finished in the shortest time and included new banquet furniture, carpeting, lighting, wall coverings and overall décor. Emperador Hotel in Madrid, located in the famous Gran Vía of Madrid, on completion of a refurbishment programme opened its Roof Garden, terrace and pool on the 30 April.

Monte-Carlo SBM recently undertook a major renovation of its historic casino. This Painstaking work, tackled in several stages, was completed in May.
